Our hauling service covers

Concrete Haul-Off

2–3 loads: $450 per load

Dirt Haul-Off
Have soil left over from excavation or site preparation? We can haul it off for $400 per load. Send the pile’s location, estimated quantity and access details with your request.
Dirt Delivery
We deliver soil to your property or job site for $420 per load. Tell us the quantity you need, what you’re using it for and where you’d like it unloaded.
Stone Delivery
Order the material specified for your project, delivered by the load:

Driver, Travel & Disposal Included
You don’t need to collect a vehicle or arrange a separate driver. We provide both for your pickup or delivery, and our firm per-load rates include travel and disposal.
You’ll speak directly with Chris about the job. Let us know what needs moving, where the truck will load or unload, and any timing tied to another crew’s work. Before booking, confirm the quantity included in each load and that your address is covered by the listed rates.
Planning Your Pickup
For a single pile or several loads, the useful starting points are the material, quantity and loading location. A truck arriving at the street isn’t the same as having access to the pile. Tell us where the material sits in relation to the entrance and whether someone will be there to load it.
Broken Concrete
Send photos showing the whole pile as well as a closer view of the pieces. Mention rebar, soil or anything else mixed with the concrete so we can discuss the material before dispatch. If a slab or driveway still needs to be broken up, tell us that too; removing it and transporting the pieces are different parts of the work.
If another contractor is doing the tear-out, share the expected completion date and who will coordinate loading. Agree on where the pile will be staged before work begins. Moving it twice or discovering that the loading machine can’t reach the truck can interrupt the next stage of your project.
Excavated Soil
Let us know where the soil came from and whether it contains roots, rubble or other mixed material. A photo can help start the conversation, but it doesn’t establish everything inside a pile. Describe anything you already know about its contents when you request a pickup.
For an active excavation, explain whether the material is ready now or will be coming out in stages. Include the machine operator’s working window and the space available for a truck to approach the loading point. That helps us discuss how the collection will fit around the work already happening on site.
Ordering Material for Your Project
Start with the material your project calls for, then the amount. If your builder or installer has already specified a product, send us that wording with your request. A quote for one aggregate should not be treated as a quote for a different product just because both arrive by the load.
Match the Order to the Specification
We offer crushed concrete, ABC stone and #57 gravel as separate options. Give us the exact name requested, the quantity and any specification your contractor needs checked. Don’t substitute one for another without discussing it with the person responsible for the finished work.
For soil deliveries, describe the intended use and any requirement for texture or screening. If you’re trying to match material already on the property, send photographs and the original product description if you have it. We can discuss what you need before you place an order.
Separate Delivery From Installation
A delivered load gives you material at the agreed unloading location. Your project may also need spreading, grading, compaction or other installation work. Tell Chris about that scope when you call so you can discuss it separately from bringing material to the site.
If another crew will move the material after delivery, choose an unloading location that works for its equipment. Let us know if the truck must stay on an existing driveway, approach from a particular entrance or avoid an area of the property. Discuss those conditions before setting the date.
Quantity, Loads & Your Budget
Our prices are per load, so the quantity in a load matters when planning your order. Ask us to confirm the tons or cubic yards for your selected material. A dump truck carrying broken concrete is not automatically moving the same volume or weight as one carrying soil or aggregate.
Tell Us What You Have Measured
Send measurements with their units rather than guessing a number of trips. For an existing pile, approximate length, width and height plus photographs are a useful starting point. For a planned delivery, send the quantity on your material list or the dimensions your installer is working from.
If your quote from another supplier uses a different unit, ask for the quantity behind both prices before comparing them. A price per ton, per cubic yard and per truck load describe different things. Without the quantity, the lower-looking number doesn’t tell you which order covers your needs.
Planning More Than One Load
The concrete pickup rate changes with the total number of loads: one is $490, two or three are $450 each, and four or more are $400 each. That makes two loads $900, three $1,350 and five $2,000. Use the rate for your agreed number of loads when budgeting.
For the other listed materials, multiply the agreed load count by the relevant per-load rate. Keep each pickup or delivery item separate if the job includes more than one material. Ask Chris to confirm the order total and quantity; don’t assume an outgoing load and an incoming load are one charge.
Before confirming the service, compare the quote with your project notes:
- Product: does it name the exact material your installer requested?
- Quantity: are the amount and units stated, not just the number of trips?
- Location: is the correct pickup or delivery address included?
- Loading: who will place outgoing material into the truck?
- Timing: will the site and crew be ready for the agreed visit?
Access & Unloading at Your Property
Before the day is booked, show us the route from the road to the loading or delivery point. The space a passenger vehicle can use may not be enough for a loaded truck. Include the entrance, turns, overhead obstructions and ground conditions in your description.
Entrance & Ground Conditions
Narrow gates, tight corners, slopes and soft ground can affect access for large trucks. Send the usable entrance width if you know it, along with photos looking in from the road. Mention any recent rain or ground disturbance that has changed the approach since the photos were taken.
Tell us about surfaces you want the driver to avoid and whether another vehicle or machine will occupy the approach. Don’t plan around a truck crossing a lawn, newly disturbed ground or a finished surface without discussing access first. The route and unloading point need to work together.
Where the Load Will Go
Pick a proposed unloading area and photograph it from more than one angle. If material is going beside a driveway or near a building, show the surrounding space, not just the spot itself. The dump body rises during unloading, so branches, wires and other overhead obstructions matter as well as ground-level access.
Discuss the location with the driver before unloading begins. Keep people and equipment out of the working area, and wait until the truck has finished moving before approaching the material. If the proposed spot cannot be used, agree on another suitable location rather than assuming the driver can reach it.
Coordinating With Your Crew
For a contractor-managed site, give us the on-site contact as well as the person placing the order. The person meeting the truck should know which material is arriving, where it belongs and whether anything has changed since booking. This is especially useful when more than one trade is working at the property.
For several trips, explain whether the same loading point will be used each time and how much staging space is available. The truck may need the same entrance used by other equipment. Tell Chris about those movements and any time window tied to a pour, excavation or installer arrival.
For different addresses, identify each location and what needs to happen there. A truck collecting material from one property and delivering elsewhere needs a different discussion from a pickup that goes directly for disposal. Describe the whole request so the agreed work matches the order.
If hauling is one part of a larger job, share the sequence with Chris. Explain what needs to be finished before the dump truck arrives and what happens after it leaves. That lets you discuss each trip around the work instead of treating the booking as an isolated delivery.

Can I Book Material Delivery Without Concrete Work?
Yes. You can request the listed loose materials without booking an installation project. Send the product name, quantity and delivery address, along with any specification supplied by your contractor. Let us know where the truck would unload and when you want the material on site.
Do I Need Loading Equipment for a Pickup?
Tell us what equipment is available and who will operate it. Providing the truck and driver does not establish how the material will be loaded. Discuss the loading arrangement before scheduling, especially if the pile is behind a building or away from the vehicle access point.
Can You Collect Concrete and Bring Material Back?
We offer both pickup and delivery. Tell us what needs to leave and what you need brought in, including the order in which the work should happen. Chris can discuss the separate quantities, trips and charges with you; an incoming delivery is not automatically included in an outgoing load’s price.
What If I Don't Know How Many Loads I Need?
Send measurements, photographs and the material type rather than inventing a load count. If an installer has calculated a quantity, include its units. Ask us to confirm how much the proposed truck load contains so you can compare it with what your project actually requires.
Can I Request a Particular Delivery Time?
Give Chris your preferred date and any working window set by your crew. Availability and the arrival arrangement need to be agreed for your order. If the schedule changes, contact us before the truck is due so we can discuss the new timing rather than arriving at an unready site.
